The Florida Perinatal Data Center
Data Mining Project

Looking at data in new ways and finding innovative methods to compile information is the job of Michael Resnick, Ph.D., and his team of analysts at the Florida Perinatal Data Center, a branch of The Chiles Center housed at the College of Medicine on the University of Florida campus in Gainesville. This Maternal Child Health Data Warehouse is one of the nation's largest data sources on mothers, infants and young children. It allows for comprehensive, longitudinal studies, from pregnancy through pre-school years, to assess the benefits of various interventions.

For more information, please contact Michael Resnick at (352) 334-1360 or e-mail him at resnick@ufl.edu.
