TEAM

TEAM promotes resiliency in Florida’s children and families by collaborating with public and private organizations and service providers. TEAM members work with a variety of public and private organizations to:

  • Convert data to useful information that shapes the provision of services for families and children.

  • Guide data collection system designs to ensure data reliability and validity.

  • Evaluate program effectiveness and cost effectiveness.

  • Conduct both process and outcome evaluations.

  • Identify and disseminate best practices.

  • Develop and coordinate implementation of strategic plans.

  • Facilitate the efforts of multidisciplinary groups to assist them in realizing their goals.

  • Develop communication mechanisms to inform the public and service providers.

  • Coordinate and deliver training regarding planning, evaluation, and best practices.

In the past ten years, TEAM has helped clients develop web-based and paper information resources, evaluated programs, designed data collection systems, provided training, and facilitated multidisciplinary group projects.
